Every practice and every play become an opportunity to strive for excellence and building lifelong leaders. We represent our community with pride, sportsmanship and integrity. We teach our athletes that while individual talent might flash on a single play, it’s teamwork that sustains a season.Why "No 'I' in Team" Matters Here:

• The Power of the Unit: A touchdown isn’t just a run; it’s the result of a perfect snap, a solid block, and a selfless lead.
• Brotherhood First: We play for the name on the front of the jersey, not the one on the back. When one of us falls, we all reach out a hand to pull them up.
• Accountability & Trust: Every position has a purpose. When our players take ownership of their role, they learn that their "I" contributes to a much bigger "WE."

We aren't just coaching football players; we’re building teammates for life. On this field, we win together, we learn together, and we grow together. 

Chester Panthers was founded in 1996. The Chester Panthers Youth Empowerment and Athletic Association is a premier Pennsylvania youth football program focused on Mentoring Chester’s youth. Despite folding in 2000 it was revived in 2004 by Charles Thompson and has grown into a successful program, winning over 30 championships in 10 years

Chester Panthers was founded in 1996. The Chester Panthers Youth Empowerment and Athletic Association is a premier Pennsylvania youth football program focused on Mentoring Chester’s youth. Despite folding in 2000 it was revived in 2004 by Charles Thompson and has grown into a successful program, winning over 30 championships in 10 years and mentoring hundreds of children ages 5-15. 

The Panthers, boasting over 300 participants as of 2021, has become a powerhouse, winning 20 championships between 2011-2021. The 8U team went undefeated in 2015, entering a trip to the United Youth Football League National Championship in Florida. The program has been ranked 3rd in the nation at the 10U level. The program has produced multiple coaches and players who advanced to the NFL, and they have worked with the Philadelphia Eagles for training and donations. Based in Chester, the organization is a non-profit driven by volunteers to teach teamwork and discipline. We hold annual camps and provide equipment supported by donations. In 2026 the program continues to operate, focusing on Total Domination, with teams from 6u-14u, sometimes.
